Cage the Elephant - Social Cues [Album Review]

Ringer and the J-Man go on the record with Social Cues, new music from Cage the Elephant in 2019. They talk a little personal history with the band, the album art, dive into each track and give their string rating (Out of 6 strings because its a music podcast).

This album is a very catchy album and a big turn for Cage the Elephant's 5th studio album. The band pushes the boundaries and brings in some new sounds and styles, which is always appreciated from On the Record Music.

Drawbacks for this album is its lack of "star power." There aren't any songs that blow this show away but still contain many choruses that are infectious.

Social Cues by Cage the Elephant Album Rating (out of 6 strings)

J-Man: 3# out of 6 strings

Ringer: 4 out of 6 strings
