Last week Ringer and J Man discussed some hidden gems in the world of music, this week they are taking a closer look at a hidden gem in the form of an album review. The band Portage, with roots in Duluth, Minneapolis and Seattle, put out a stellar album in 2012 called Landings. So the two hosts go through this album track by track and give a final rating at the end of the show.
In the 'Week in Music' segment at the beginning of the show Ringer and J Man talk about some music history with Simon and Garfunkel completing the acoustic version of Sounds of Silence, Kiss making their TV debut, and the death of Bon Scott all which happened on the day of this show's release, February 19.
